Mayans and Prophets and Squares, Oh my! Will the world really end with their scare, on December 21st, 2012? With so many skewed perceptions of every new generation being perceived everyday, doomsday might actually already be upon us in a sense. "The only way anyone can make a change in their life is by looking within, themselves, and making the change." That's 2012's message.

There are millions of people that believe the end of the world will be upon us in the year 2012. By thinking that way, one can imagine what the world could be like, a couple of months before the date December 21, 2012?! There will chaos everywhere, riots on the streets, uncontrollable situations/nightmares. That's also the exact reason why 2012 choose the name they did for themselves. The band 2012's goal by 12-21-12 is to get as many people in the world to realize, that until everyone can fully believe and think for themselves. There will always be the fingers that point to blame and the type of thinking that allows one to think that the end of the world will be upon us in 2012.

The purpose of 2012 is to create each and every one of their songs with an underlining, positive message, in hopes of giving people some inspiration. Although few people might find their music offensive, it's how they've perceive the world as being around them and would never intentionally hurt anyone. 2012 plans on getting better known by recording memorable records and putting on some of the MOST ENERGETIC ROCKIN' shows anyone could ever experience! The amount of emotion and intensity put alone, into a 2012 live performance, is far greater then a lot of bands could ever dream of achieving. 2012 feels that the more emotion and intensity being shown in their live performance will only reflect and create more feeling and understanding of what 2012's message really is for the audience.
