About me:

20-21 Logo

20-21 Visual Arts Centre is a gallery in the North of England. We exhibit inspiring work by contemporary artists, leading craft makers and designers covering a diverse range of art forms.

We want to encourage people of all ages to create their own work and discover more about the art on display. We have a free drop-in creative 'Art-tivity' in the gallery every day as well as pre-book special workshops and artist talks. Look out for our popular 'Days of Celebration' where you can take part in many fun and innovative activities and have the chance to meet and work with professional artists.

We are part of North Lincolnshire Council and are an Arts Council England Regular Funded Organisation.

New and existing visitors, artists, makers, photographers, designers and patrons.


EXHIBITING AT 20-21 VISUAL ARTS CENTRE
We welcome submissions for solo exhibitions. There is no charge for exhibiting at 20-21 and there is an Artist Payment depending on the location of the exhibition within the centre.
Exhibitions are selected by a steering group and we tend to programme up to two years in advance.

GROUP SHOWS
We will also post 'Call for Artists' opportunities in bulletins and blogs when we are working on thematic or group exhibitions. If you have any ideas for group shows please get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.

We are currently looking for artists to take part in the following themed shows
*Journey to the Centre of the Earth
*Tattoo Art - we would like to hear from tattoo artists who work in other mediums and artists whose work is inspired by tattoo culture.

We stock artist-made items including jewellery, small ceramics, glass ware, prints and greetings cards. If you have work that may be suitable for the retail area or selling focused exhibitions at 20-21 please email details, images and price lists to

We usually operate on a Sale or Return basis with 30% commission (VAT on commission only).
