Love you always

When you know beyond all doubting that the same life flows through all that is and you are that life, you will love all naturally and spontaneously. When you realise the depth and fullness of your love of yourself, you know that every living being and the entire universe are included in your affection. But when you look at anything as separate from you, you cannot love it for you are afraid of it. Alienation causes fear and fear deepens alienation. It is a vicious circle. Only self - realisation can break it. Go for it resolutely. –Nisargadatta Maharaj

Song of the Flower
by Khalil Gibran
I am a kind word uttered and repeated by the voice of nature;
I am a star fallen from the blue tent upon the green carpet.
I am the daughter of the elements with whom winter conceived;
To whom Spring gave birth;
I was reared in the lap of Summer and I slept in the bed of Autumn.
At dawn I unite with the breeze to announce the coming of light;
At eventide I join the birds in bidding the light farewell.
The plains are decorated with my beautiful colours,
And the air is scented with my fragrance.
As I embrace slumber the eyes of night watch over me,
And as I awaken I stare at the sun,
Which is the only eye of the day.
I drink dew for wine, and harken to the voices of the birds,
And dance to the rhythmic swaying of the grass.
I am the lover's gift; I am the wedding wreath;
I am the memory of a moment of happiness;
I am the last gift of the living to the dead;
I am a part of joy and a part of sorrow.
But I look up high to see only the light,
And never look down to see my shadow.
This is wisdom which man must learn. - 2 years ago

Within yourself deliverance must be searched for, because each man makes his own prison.

I've seen the light
and it's in you ...
in everything you are
and in everything you do.
It's a perfect light that
shines for all to see;
in fact it shines so brightly,
it's pierced the heart of me.
The light is from a friend,
it's a light that keeps me warm;
it lets me know how loved I am
and keeps me safe from harm.
FOR YOU I AM THANKFUL
in so very many ways,
and you lift up my spirits
each and every day.
To know that you are there for me
makes me feel alive;
it is your friendship's light upon
which my own love thrives.
Though 'thank you' isn't good enough,
they're the only words I know,
to say your light of friendship
gives my world its glow.
It's the simple things in life
that are truly unforgettable
Thanks for sharing your light with me ...

About me:
SRI DHARMA PRAVARTAKA ACHARYA Sri Dharma Pravartaka Acharya (Dr. Frank Morales, Ph.D.) is currently one of the very few Western born spiritual teachers to be fully recognized by the orthodox Hindu community globally as an authentic Dharma Master. He is a fully self-realized sage. Sri Acharyaji was born in New York City of Spanish and Italian parents. He has been living and teaching in the Midwest for the last 22 years. From his earliest childhood experiences, down to the very present day, his life has been dedicated to the active pursuit of Truth. Throughout his life, Sri Acharyaji tried to not only pursue a philosophical understanding of life’s ultimate meaning, but he also put what he found into practice in his own life. At an early age, Sri Acharyaji realized that it’s not enough to just have an intellectual understanding of Truth, but that Truth – if it’s going to have any real meaning at all – has to be vividly lived in our everyday lives. Sri Acharyaji's own journey led him to follow the path of Yoga spirituality and Sanatana Dharma (commonly misnamed “Hinduism”). Sanatana Dharma is a path that has provided many millions of people with profound answers to life’s meaning, and that provides a lifestyle that is healthy, balanced, joyful, and fun! Sri Acharyaji has been intensely practicing Sanatana Dharma for the last 35 years. In his search for Truth, Sri Acharyaji lived as a Hindu monk for six years on three continents, traveled to India twice, and took initiation in India as an orthodox Hindu priest in 1986. He earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Theology from Loyola University Chicago, as well as an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Thus, Sri Acharyaji is one of the few Dharma Masters today to have coupled spiritual realization with academic scholarship. Sri Acharyaji is currently a globally recognized spiritual teacher and Dharma Master, Hindu religious leader, and a noted writer. Sri Acharyaji was the Resident-Acharya (Spiritual Preceptor) of the Hindu Temple of Nebraska from 2007-2009, which represented the first time in American history that a non-Indian had been awarded this office. He is also the President and Acharya of the International Sanatana Dharma Society, a global movement designed to share the life-transforming gifts of Dharma with the world. In addition to teaching the philosophy of Sanatana Dharma, Sri Acharyaji encourages his students to have a serious life of dedicated practice; and he teaches what it means to practice Truth in everyday life by his own vivid example to all. Sri Acharyaji stresses the idea that it is not enough to grasp Truth intellectually or conceptually, but that what it truly means to know God is to have a radically experiential transformation in ones’ inner being such that God’s presence becomes an every-day reality in the life of the spiritual practitioner. In addition to teaching Sanatana Dharma, Sri Acharyaji also writes about the wisdom of many ancient spiritual cultures, and the many connections between pre-Christian European religions (such as Druidism, Asatru, and Religio Romana) and Yoga spirituality. The pre-Christian European religions and Sanatana Dharma are sister paths and expressions of the greater Dharma tradition. Do you have a sincere interest in such things as Dharma, Yoga, meditation, Hinduism, God, and spirituality?
