Bar Abilene offers a modern, Western feel that is both warm and exciting. The "Cowboy Fusion" cuisine being presented at Bar Abilene, is a natural extension of Southwestern Cuisine.
"Cowboy Fusion" is exemplified by dishes such as our Flash-Fried Calamari with Rocket, Wasabi and smoked Tomato Aiole. The dish uses a seafood staple of Asia and Mediterranean and includes the bold flavor approach of including wasabi with pure Texas flavor of smoked tomato in a classic Mediterranean sauce of aiole. A truly global melding of colplimentary flavors and textures.
