I listen to most genres of music (except emo, indie and black metal) but my favourite genre is melodic death metal.
Favourite bands are probably Soilwork, Wintersun, Ensiferum, Arch Enemy, Scar Symmetry, Threat Signal and Lamb of God (cant choose a top band :-P)
