I'm originally from Beckley, West Virginia, the best place in the world to grow up. Outsiders wouldn't understand. People often ask me why I decided to live in Ohio. The short answer is because there's work here. Anyone who's ever been on vacation in or just passed through West Virginia might have noticed that in the middle of all the beauty of my home, there are lots of people who can't find work. Not me. I spent too much time in college to watch my life waste away. I've gone through some crappy jobs to finally find one I enjoy. I'm an audiologist, a part-time soldier, and Ph.D student.
