About me:
People of Hope Crafts, a nonprofit division of the 501(c)(3) organization Project Salvador, supports a network of 20 artisan cooperatives throughout El Salvador. We do this through the sales and marketing of their crafts in the United States. We are committed to paying fair wages and establishing sustainable livelihoods. VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT My Link!!!

Who I'd like to meet:
Upon inception of the program roughly 20 years ago, the artisans received cost analysis training. When given each product made the artisans take in to consideration the cost of the material, the time to produce each item most importantly what do they need to get paid for each product to live a financially sustainable livelihood for their life situations. The price we pay them for their hand-crafted treasures lies well above a minimum wage at a living wage.
