Marshall Women's Rugby Alumni

Sounds awesome thanks for organizing - not sure what the days are - we have a tournament the last weekend in April which is the biggest womens tournament on the east coast that we host - so i am waiting to see when the date is. I had so much fun last year! I really want to see everyone.

Hey kids!
So I wanted to let you know that the first steps to Rugby Alumnae weekend 2009 is underway and this year me and Doc are going to plan everything together so noone else has to worry about it. I'm going to pin a date with doc when we reserve the spot within the next couple of weeks and then send out preliminary info to get a head count of who can go. Everyone likes the last week in April better than the first week of May right? Some of you ladies still play rugby and I know one of the weekends is crazy tournament time for you so just let me know.
From there I'm going to make a sketchy itenerary list so the alumnae know exactly when practice is, the formal, the game, and if anyone wants to do something the sunday after like a brunch before they leave just let me know. Also for those of us with kids, or know any girls with kids, I am going to arrange for a couple of babysitters for the weekend. One girl has already said she would do it (she's one of my two babysitters) and I'm going to ask another girl (who is 2 of my two babysitters) so girls with kids don't fret if you can't find anyone to take them for the weekend. If anyone is interested in that service contact ASAP so I can tell you how much it wil be, etc. whoever uses them pitch in. I plan on having them avaliable all evening Friday and Saturday afternoon, and maybe some Saturday night.
Anywho, I'll find out details like tee shirts, find a block of hotel rooms for a discount, and reserve buskirk (there is no more track field). PS- to those who don't know Kris is no longer the coach and Dennis Johnson has taken over the girls team, I don't know anything other than that, I just heard on Saturday just thought I'd throw that out there.
I only thought of you guys so if you know of anyone on facebook that I may not be friends with or just forgot forward this on please!

This message is for Erin Peterson! I went to the driving range on tuesday and was wearing my marshall shirt and I think i ran into someone claiming to be your brother in law - I know random! But kinda cool.

Ya'll have no idea how bummed I am I missed all the festivities :-( But I'm happy to see more pictures up! Hope you guys can make it again next year, and hopefully no one else I know will be silly enough to get married in the same month!
