Bio
.. .. .. .. .. .. ............................................................................................................................................................................. Some of my songs are sample based, some are based around acoustic guitar and vocals, some are a mix of the 2 approaches. Stylistically, it's difficult to say what type of music I make. My influences are eclectic & I don't set out to make any specific genre ............................................................................................................................................................................. Oh, sorry, this is meant to be a biography ............................................................................................................................................................................. Well I came out of my mother many years ago, and pretty soon realised that music was about the only thing in this world which makes any sense ............................................................................................................................................................................. The first thing I recorded was a cover of Gloria. I could barely play guitar, but I discovered that on my twin tape deck, I could record the output from one of the tape decks and the input coming from the condenser mike at the same time, and so using two tapes I could make multitrack recordings. I could add as many tracks as I wanted, but each new track made the overall sound a bit more lo fi.... Anyway, to cut a long story short, these days pretty much everyone uses computers, including me ............................................................................................................................................................................. Oh, and I was once in a band called The Beefcurtains.... (the only song I remember was called "I Want To Fuck You") ... And The Seven Legged Ickenham Beat Boys (we made a hypothetical concept album called "Jocky Wilson Says" which narrated a man's life using phrases from darts commentary).............. And another called Scenic Route - we were a one off comedy free jazz band who played at a benefit gig to raise money for a friend who was going off to Africa to do charity work. He was the only member of the audience who knew we were a comedy band since we put on serious jazz faces. I played piano; it was lots of fun. Afterwards, a guy at the front said he wasn't quite sure if he understood it, but it's always good to hear experimental music..... None of which tells you anything about the music I make these days... I guess you'll just have to listen to some of the tunes.... ............................................................................................................................................................................. ...... ...... -

Hello!!
Aloe Blacc - I need a dollar (Overule Remix) by OVERULEA GREAT "SOUVENIR" FROM L.A.!!
To celebrate existance we have put together a little poem set to music for you...a song, if you will...
It is from Episode 6 of our little improvised music and comedy podcast...which is still FREE to download from last.fm or Itunes if you are interested :)
So, happy weekend of existing to you
Peace and infinite love
YEAH TRY TO COME!!!

BIG UP
Splendid stuff!

Nice sound my friend, I believe we may have quite a few things in common. Weird circles in this world. I was asked to try and make friends with you by Maureen on facebook due to a silly joke I made at a festival calling myself Aardvark shaped Andy. She suggested I make friends with you and see what happens, and look what's happened!
Let the games begin :)
Peace and infinite love
Andy
glad you enjoyed EARDRUM - thanks, will keep you updated
Regards,
Richard
Hi Dave!
How are you? Nice to hear from you!!!
Hugs
Edina
