I used to walk down Broadway in downtown Salt Lake and stare in the window at 245 East, dreaming of the day I'd set up shop right in that very spot. I would strip the faded carpet and the 50 year-old layers of dust, then breathe creative fire thoughout the space. Now, my once-upon-a-time dream has found its place in the present.
