You will also be eligible for a 2 % bonus incentive after 90 days of employment. Newcomb continues to review and negotiate with our shippers to increase freight rates whenever possible to assure fair compensation for our services.
Drivers are paid weekly, provided all paperwork has been submitted by the cutoff day and completed properly. After 90 days of continuous employment, company drivers may elect to participate in our major medical/prescription and dental plan, for a cost of $10.00 per month. Family coverage is available for an additional premium. A matching funds 401K plan is also available after one year or employment. Premiums and contributions for both of these programs are made on a pre-tax basis. Drivers are also eligible for paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

About me:
Newcomb Warehouse, Inc. is a family owned trucking & warehouse company that was started in July of 1994 by Floyd Newcomb. In January of 1997 trucking was added to the operations with the acquisition of F.W. Newcomb Trucking, Inc Est. 1976.
We currently dispatch approximately 35 power units, split between both company drivers and owner operators. We have a 48-state authority, transporting general commodities with 53' dry vans and reefers, totaling over 55 trailers in all. We also operate an in-house brokerage to handle the volume of overflow shipments we are contracted to transport for our shipper base. We are family owned and we know our drivers by name, not by a number. If you are interested in a driving position please see our employment page.
We have space available to drop trailers in our yard for a monthly charge. It is fully lit and accessible 24 hours a day.
