Seeing Eye God formed in 2002 out of the ashes of one of Grand Rapids most legendary live acts, Pudgy Chuck. For the past 5 years they have been playing and gigging throughout Michigan, opening for many national acts with their powerfully focused and orchestrated sound, such as Killswitch Engage, Nonpoint, Strapping Young Lad, and Type-O Negative. A recent lineup change has brought the remaining members to a place of uncertainty. But with the change in structure has come a sort of paradigm shift in their writing; a change that none of them expected, but one that will ultimately alter the sonic tapestry that has become their trademark.
