   Ian Ogilvy's Blurbs
About me:
Ian Ogilvy - Actor and Writer. Currently busy on the Measle Stubbs books for all who like Harry Potter - and all who don't like Harry Potter as well! The books are perfect for 8 - 14 year olds, full of exciting adventures - creepy and scary - funny and affecting - give them a try! There's a terrific web site devoted to all things Measle - here are the links: http://www.measle.eu http://www.measlebooks.co.uk http://www.measlebooks.com
Who I'd like to meet:
Well, I'd like YOU to meet some of the characters in my books - the hero Measle Stubbs, of course, and his arch-enemy the wrathmonk Basil Tramplebone - Basil's pet man-eating bat Cuddlebug - the seven horrible wrathmonks in Measle And The Dragodon (Griswold Gristle, Judge Cedric Hardscrabble, Frognell Flabbit, Scab Draggle, Buford Cudgel and Mr and Mrs Zagreb) - the ridiculously silly Iggy Niggle and the tremendously clever Tinker the dog - the stinky slimy Slitherghoul and the magical Mallockee - Mr Needle and Mr Bland - the incredibly ancient Dragodon and his incredibly enormous pet Arcturion - not to mention wizards and warlocks and werewolves and yetis and gorgons and giant ants and a creature called a grimling and a life-size, plaster and steel Tyrannosaurus Rex that comes to life - And there's more ... lots more ...

Hi Ian
If you go on my page you will see a new service called 'Slide'. It is a slideshow whereby you can have all the images from your books etc. all right up there on your home page for people to check out. Thought it might be a feature you would enjoy.
All best, Jason

Dearest, wonderful, lovely Ian - cooey!! Do take a peek at my new Showreel, just posted it on to my profile - it clearly explains why I am now a failed actress. Also, I'm having a voice-over demo done and was thinking about reading an exert from one of your Measle books - Can you recommend an especially fabulous and funny passage please? Lossa luv Rhodes xxxxxxxxxx
