Meet King Charlton, artist and producer, born and raised in Queens N.Y. with a strong back ground stemming from Flankers Jamaica. Growing up half jamaican and american, musically he absorbed the best of both worlds. With deep roots in the Hip-Hop and Reggae culture, King Charlton instinctually fused the two passions to create his own sound and following which is far from a carbon copy. Along side influencial hip-hop producer, Develop and King Charlton's mentor, Tony"CD" Kelly (who has worked with artist such as Sean Paul and Beenie Man) King Charlton is a double edge sword bringing a young, fierce, and melodic vibe to the world. Telling stories of real life situtations and lessons learned of a troubled up-bringing, King Charlton is the voice.
