I've been a spiritual seeker,

40 years,a mix of Catholic,Jewish-Kaballist,

last summer I became a Bodhsattva

coming back-life after life-

till all suffering was ended-

sounded like a good thing to me

theres so much I don't know about this path,Im still learning and will the rest of my life.

I'm still trying to find my path and whats right for me.

Wind, water and the giving heart

Wind on sand, blowing the grains to settle where they

will.

Water on sand, keeps it grounded and firm. Waiting to

be free, while it rests.

The giving heart also waits to be free, while it rests.

Full of compassion, it gives hope in times of doubt.

Giving freely of itself.

Giving strength in times of weakness.

Peace in times of war.

Comfort in times of pain.

Gifts in times of loss.

Giving something in times of want and emptiness.

The price of everything has gotten so high,gas food,the

weather has changed,so many things wrong with our

world.People put out energy--with thoughts and deeds.It

seems that there is a lot we can't control,but our

minds we can.also our hearts,our deeds.WE live and are

born alone and die alone,but what do we do in-between?

Do we try to make a better world or not?

We can't take anything or anyone with us--when we leave

this planet-

when we leave this body.That is our planet,the outer is

a reflection of ourselfs.Thats real majick,in seeing

those types of realities.Loving people when we have the

chance,and not regreting things like not being

there.Even one smile is doing something.

What is the price of regret?

True Acts of Kindness

The less gratitude you receive for doing a kind act,

the greater the value of the act. True kindness is when

we do not receive anything in return for what we do.

Instead of feeling resentment towards the person who is

ungrateful, take pleasure in doing a more elevated good

deed. Focus on how your kindness towards that person is

more altruistic.

Don't tell yourself, "How awful it is that I'm doing

all this kindness and this person is not doing me

favors in return." Rather, tell yourself, "This is a

great opportunity to do a true act of kindness!"

much.and she gives love,unconditionally.Thats what i

did,but not all do back.I have notes from my last

breakdown in 2001,and it will be a road back,to be

my playlists are all i have left of hours of work.My

computer was destroyed somehow & the 800 plus photos

writings,poems are gone and maybe its better.I'm not that

person,creating what wasnt real.only in my mind.my

feelings are very hurt,but i cant stay stuck in them,or

cant move forward on the chess board.A lot did pray for

me,and in the end,it saved my life......so many played

along,and encourged me to continue in my fantasy life,its

very scary,that people are so sick to do this.Tom dont

have time,nor can he control what people do.I never blamed

anyone for this,except me,and like cheryl said,"it

wasnt

my fault--it was my mind,and then my thyriod problem,and it was a mess,but i

choose to deal with it,my way.

people do reincarnate,but unless someone is a Lama
