One of the best things about Shawna was that she always had the ability to make people smile. She was shy but once she got comfortable around you, there was no telling what would come out of her mouth. Definitely a free spirit, she dealt with the hard times like no other, and kept on going. Her kids were her life, and she did anything and everything for them. Her husband, Rick, was her one and only and her protector. She is still thought about every single day and is still a big part of everyone's life. Though it is hard to not be sad about the bad things that have happened, she would say that it is important for everyone to keep living and smile every day, because she would not want us to cry.

Hey Shawna! I have been thinking about you alot this week. One of my friend's son (21 yrs old) died in his sleep Saturday morning almost exactly like you did!
Please welcome him into heaven and comfort him for me and his family! He will missed as you are!

I was thinking of you tonight and thought I'd drop you a line! Missing you lots! I started re-vamping your page and then went on vacation. After vacation, I redid my livingroom and bathroom and you would love it! My livingroom is a burnt red and my bathroom is bright yellow. Got a new entertainment center, coffee table, end table, shower curtain, etc.....It is really beautiful! I wish you could see it. I will try to get your page done this weekend sweetie! Your kids are doing well. Your husband is still trying to adapt to the new way of life without you and it is a daily struggle...but with your love he will make it just fine!
