About me:

I sure do love the Lord. How sweet it is to be loved by Scott, and to love him back. I am surrounded by my kids, but I've actually never given birth. Beginning with Teena, who came to live with me 14 years ago as a foster kid, and never left me. She has become my bestest friend who knows ME good, bad, indifferent, and still loves me just the same. Tawnaca, I officially adopted her, she's been with me since her birth in 1997, and in 1999 she had bacterial meningitis that left her austistic, but my brave big girl continues everyday to beat the odds stacked against her. My husband has also brought into this marriage children, Dustin and Zach, Dustin moved in with us last year, he has a love for music that I can identify with, we also share a whacked out sense of humor. I didn't realize how much I loved this kid until he was in a wreck that could have easily killed him and his friends. After hearing over and over from witnesses that he was a miracle, I know that my prayers and faith in God helped that miracle to take place, especially since his dad and I pray for our family together, and not only ask for God's protection, depend on it and expect it. He really is a miracle in more ways than this. Then there is Zach, Scott's (mini me) youngest son. He and his dad have alot in comman, Zach is sensitive, a hard worker, redneck in every sense of the word, hunting, fishing, good manners, etc..they have a connection that is more than just father/son. I try to give them alot of space when Zach is here, because my dad and I have a unique connection also, and I respect theirs, it's a ..beautiful thing. Also Derek and McKenna, Tawnaca's half brother and sister, they live here on our property (long story) but Derek is my little man, talk about connections, we have one, I love him to pieces. McKenna just grew on me, you can't help but love it when she is stomping around in her toddler ungraceful way, singing at the top of her lungs. I just claim their whole family as mine. The new addition to the family is Jasmine (Jazzy) when she is sittin on our deck, waiting for us to come home, I realize that this picture of life and love in my head, is her place too. She fits right in. Scott even lets her sleep with us! Sometimes (LOL) I have a very close relationship with my dad, mom, and sister. Any thing else you'll have to ask.
