About me:

.. Hello, my name is Nicole Bobek. I am best known as an American figure skater, having been the U.S. Champion in 1995, the same year I won the bronze in the World Figure Skating Championships. I am proud to have won several other medals, as well as to have competed for the United States in the 1998 Olympics. For several years there after I starred in the Champions On Ice tour, which I really enjoyed. ..Although I am originally from Illinois, I currently reside in Florida, where I currently work as a figure skating coach and operate several of my own businesses. I also appeared in the 2006 film, "All The King's Men" with Jude Law, Sean Penn, and Kate Winslet. ..I am basically on here for networking, although I will add new friends, and it's always nice to hear from some of my fans too. ..P.S. As you can tell I'm very new to My Space, so I'll probably be editing/improving my profile a few times in the next several weeks!..I also randomly added some people from a figure skating group I found on My Space to try get "jump start" my profile and my friends list a little bit since I've only been online a couple of days. So if you are one of them and wondering why I added you, now you know! :-)
