About me:

Born in Hong Kong on the 20th of January 1975 to musical parents,Kevin was instantly immersed into the life of a working,travelling musician. At the age of 13, Kevin started to play his first musical instrument, the blues harmonica. After playing with his local school band for a few years, he switched over to the bass. He then went on to study performing arts at the Kidderminster College, where Rock legend Robert Plant would give lectures. After graduation, Kevin continued playing with his college buddies at venues around the UK.And then in 1999 he Joined the Robin Nolan (Greasy) trio as the rhythm guitarist. He has been touring around the world and recording with the trio ever since then and has played at such venues as the Montreal Jazz Festival, The North Sea Jazz Festival, Samois Sur-Seine gypsy festival. After moving from Amsterdam to San Fransisco in 2007, he was asked to play rhythm guitar with the one and only John Jorgenson (The Big Sheila). Kevin is currently on tour with the John Jorgenson Quintet.
