The Daughters of Lir is an organization established to foster the growth of Irish culture in the New Orleans community, and to provide New Orleanian women with the opportunity to take part in one of our city's most cherished events. Our Board of Directors is comprised of five strong New Orleanian women: Bridget Pool, President; Elizabeth Holt, Vice President; Erica Avila, Membership Coordinator; Sara Humphreys, Board Member and Caroline Williamson, Board Member. We are proud to have received permission from the Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day Club to be the first women's club to march in the Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day parade, and hope that you will join us on the route.
