everyone calls me sleeper/sleepy
i'm in my third semester at texas institute of jewelery technology
third generation jeweler, aspiring horologist
texas gal, born & raised. maybe colorado or farther south in the near future?
don't have a favorite color, sorry. owls are my favorite animal
i do graphics and codes, ask for something if you want
i need a new camera, hence why my newer pictures are phone pictures
i'll be posting some of my work on flickr around the beginning of 2010
my iphone is my life
no one holds the key to my heart
try to tame me, they've all failed so far
i have a mouth, i speak my mind. usually harsh, get over it
i don't cuss so much anymore
veg head cause meat is gross
everything is gravy i guess :)

you’re obsessed with finding a new brain, but what you need is a new body
it feels your brain has lived a thousand lives before
and the skin you call your home
holds a heart that quits and knees that buckle in
and lungs that can’t breathe when they’re alone
and the days come to you like sailors
you watch them as they drift away
they meet the sunrise out at the horizon, and it’s neither sink nor swim
at least the water’s beneath your chin

Even now I’m not really sure which parts of myself are real and which parts are things I’ve gotten from books. i've screwed up a million times and each time i've done it differently. I suppose it is tempting, if the only tool you have is a hammer, to treat everything as if it were a nail. i fear the loss of my imagination.
“There’s no use trying,” said Alice; “one can’t believe impossible things.” “I dare say you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
