    .... Bandurria, Laud, Archilaud, 6 & 12 string acoustic guitars, and electric guitar. Producer and Composer..... Born in Zaragoza, Spain..... Starts playing Bandurria at the age of 9 in school. At 12 years old he was playing drums and 12 string guitar, and he learns from rock and roll records by The Kinks, The Who, etc........ At the age of 15 after listening "Music from Big Pink" The Band, "Blues Power" Albert King, the first Ry Cooder and Bob Dylan's albums he made the decision and try to be a musician. First blues concerts with the American Force U.S.A players living in Zaragoza..s U.S. base, and at the same time with the folk group "Free Field". Later, traveling all Spain with the singer Julia Leon, discovered Flamenco, Jotas and old Spanish tradicional music, making his first records of Aragon jotas with La Bullonera , Jose Antonio La Bordeta and Joaquin Carbonell. .... In the 70.. he was living in England and playing folk and country music with the English singer Neil Geoffrey, and discovered the amazing music movements of that times, like The King Crimson, Pink Floid, Jack Bruce, etc........ In Spain Javier was a former member of Blues groups like "Johnny Cobro ,Big Chief, The Steve de Swardt Blues Band, World music bands like Meridiana "Tamiz" Mas & Rallo, Ayatana, and recently Mas-Kodssi-Edouard and the group of the moroccan singer Abdeljalil Kodssi, making records and concerts all over. Composer touring and arranger for the great singer Maria del Mar Bonet, since 1982..... Produce the records "Call my number" Big Chief, "Tamiz" Mas & Rallo for Harmony Mundi, Oulad Fulani Ganga" Abdeljalil Kodssi recorded between Marrakech and Barcelona for Ventilador Company,and a tribute album with many national and international artists "Acords amb Leonard Cohen" co produced with Kevin McCormick for Discmedi, Spain.....
