Formed in 2001, Nemesis has not stopped working since. They released their self-titled debut album in the fall of 2005, which was meticulously recorded at Seaweed Studios in Whitehorse by master studio tech Jim Holland. They have performed at such festivals as Farrago in Faro YT('03 '04 '05) , Alsek Folk Festival in Haines Juction YT('04 '05), and the Atlin Arts and Music Faire in Atlin BC('03), just to name a few. Nemesis also has an extensive set list of classic rock, classic metal. This has allowed them to make regular appearances in clubs and bars around Whitehorse such as The Kopper King Tavern, The Capital Hotel, The Backwater Lounge and the Boiler Room. These appearances, whether in a club or festival setting, have proved that Nemesis plays the tightest, loudest, and most hard-hitting brand of rock music in the Yukon. They are currently writing material for their follow up album which should be released in late 2006. CHEERS!! -
