Since the first EP release in 2001-2002, the name Naive (quiet) has become synonymous with the Industrial band 26z. Numerous EP's and Demo's have been released by 26z including the original 'Death' EP (2002), 'The DarkFlower Tragedies' (2003), 'Symbols Of Fascism' (2004 Bootleg), the 'Epoch' EP (2004), the 'Revised Death' EP (2005), the 26z Radio Edit as well as various promotional releases. A majority of these previously released EP's are no longer available for public sale, however, Mp3's are available at the Official 26z Site. Now 26z front man, Naive (quiet), will be releasing 26z's first full length album which will include a variety of new material. The 'Inure; A Vision Of Endearment' CD will be available for public sale on Feb 14th 2010. The newest 26z installment provokes and allures with the aggressive antics of the bands front man, Naive (quiet). Using a variety of instruments and techniques, 26z creates a portrait of excessiveness.
After relocation from the inviting warmth of Los Angeles, and more than 16 months of recording in the desolate mountains, Naive (quiet) returns with a solid line-up for the 26z US Tour, as well as a variety of singles including the shallow ambiance of 'Love Is...' which is comparable to early 26z releases, and 'Isolated (six:15 AM)' which portrays the spiteful attitude that front man Naive (quiet) has become known for on and off stage. Live favorite 'Ingenious (The Great Pretender)', a revision of the original 'Great Pretender' released by The Platters in 1955, is available in both audio and video. Additional tracks include 'The Simplicity Of Perfection', with a special guest appearance by former Watts Hip Hop artist EzRA, plus additional collaborations with Hip Hop/ Pop artist Levon's Ghost LA, entitled 'The Consequence Of Truth (Breakdown)', as well as '15 (Confessions)' Featuring Metal band Throne Of Malediction. The complete CD includes 15 original tracks and an alternate cover, which will also be available through iTunes. Live Performances are currently being scheduled for the remainder of the 2009-2010 AGGRESSIVE (anti-METAL) Tour. Merchandise will be available in the near future.
