Dicen en la capital francesa que fue el primer productor que editó un single de house, y el primero en crear un sello de house. Produjo y remezcló el primer single de Air, ayudó a Alex Gopher a editar sus temas e incluso instigó la carrera de unos jovencitos con talento que llegarían a ser mundialmente famosos, Daft Punk!
