About me:

Hmm, where do I begin? I'm married and have two teenage children. My daughter is 15 and should be getting her driver's permit before too long and she participates in track, and my son 16 who already has his permit, just have to get his license yet. Other than that he skateboards and powerlifts when he can. I don't go out much, slightly anti-social, because people piss me off way too much. Ignorance is intolerable in my book, which I define as not using the common sense they were given. It takes alot for people to gain my trust, but once you have it then don't screw it up. I like to speak what's on my mind and sometimes it can really tick people off, but if that's the case then "the truth hurts". I don't try to get into fights because I hate conflict, but when that is the only option then watch out! Alot of the time I seem like I don't care, but that's only because I don't want all of the stress--it takes it's toll physically so I try to avoid it. For the most part I'm easy to get along with as long as you don't cross me :)

Who I'd like to meet:

There aren't a whole lot of people I'm interested in meeting since they all end up somehow hurting me in the end, but once in a while I'm proven wrong and those people are the ones worth meeting.

Interests

General
Things I love: camping/fishing (just nature in general), reading, spending time with family, and definitely talking :)
Music
I like a variety of music depending on my mood, and of course that changes frequently. Some of my favorites are Nickelback, Linkin Park, Green Day, and some of the 80's music as well. I like some country but just a little...I don't listen to it that often. There's more but too many to mention.
Movies
Transformers is my favorite movie right now, but I mostly like scary flicks. My goal is to find that one horror flick that will scare me but that has yet to happen...and I doubt that it will (I'm fearless, lol). I also like Action and Comedy, but no Romance movies unless they are Romantic Comedies and then I might watch them depending on my mood.
Television
Favorite shows: CSI:Crime Scene Investigation, Ghost Hunters, House, Supernatural, Fringe, The Eleventh Hour, The Ultimate Fighter and UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) just to name a few.
Books
My all-time favorite author is Stephen King, but others I really like are Dean Koontz, John Saul, John Sanford, and Patricia Cornwell (if you like forensic fiction), for example. Obviously I read mostly fiction because I sometimes need that escape from reality, but I will read certain nonfiction depending on the subject matter.
Heroes
All of the men and women of the Armed Forces fighting for our freedom :) Also my father...I will see you again someday.
