Stone Town Band are a friendly Brass Band based in the English town of Stone. We have a contesting past but at present are concentrating on building up the band due to the recent retirement of a number of long serving members. So, we are content to enjoy ourselves and play whatever engagements come our way. The more the better! We welcome new players (young and old) of all brass instruments and standards to join us and have players of varied age groups and backgrounds.
We rehearse on Friday evenings with a beginner and improver's class 19:00-20:00 and a full band rehearsal 20:00-22:00 at the Frank Jordan Centre, Lichfield Street, Stone, Staffordshire. So whether you are a beginner, improver or experienced player if you are interested in playing with us, drop us a line here or pop into our rehearsal.

Hi thanks for the add. Its a great shame bands being forced to close. This seems to be getting more and more common. Great that you are trying to rebuild, look forward to seeing some results in a few years.
