Here it is.... when I was 15 I bought Turntables with money that I saved up mowing lawns and shoveling snow. I then bought records at salvation army for 50 Cents and went home and started to scratch and Mix. By the age of 18 I was making mix tapes on a regular basis. When I finished high school I couldn't afford to go to college so I joined the US Navy to save up money for music equipment and to go to college. I wanted to stay on the east coast for my time in the Navy so I could visit home on a regular basis. Welllll they sent me to Sicily, Italy. At first I was mad since I knew the life I had back in Hartford was going to diminish and I would be forgotten. I kept to my self for a couple months in Italy just going to clubs and feeling everything out. I saved up a could thousand and bought CDJ 1000's and learned to DJ on the CDJ format after about 1,000 hours of practice. I was in the club one night with a couple people I knew from work and the DJ didn't show and the club owner was in a panic. Some dude I played basketball with heard i DJ'd with was like "Yo what about DJ Dyber" I didn't even really have a DJ Name at that point. They asked me to DJ and just like that 8 Mile song loose yourself I stepped up and ceased everything I ever wanted in that one moment.
From that point on I was DJ Dyber and got connections from club owners and friends. I DJ'D All Sicily, Italy, Malta, Greece, Germany and the UK.
Then By the age of 20 I watched about 100 Youtube Videos of producers making beats That I was really feeling in less than 10 minutes. So I found out what equipment They had I saved up and bought it. I read books on beats making the history recording mixing ect... It consumed my life. I was Then sent to Japan where I probably spent 4,000 hours trying to master the craft of Producing. I also put out my first CD as an artist Tittled "Welcome To the TRI".
I was in Italy from Jan-2005-Feb-2006 then in Japan from March-2006-May-2008
Here I am now Back in Hartford on my grind, Where it all started 7 years ago....
If you need beats or would like to do a Collab Hit me up!
