Why does everyone answer the phone?I occasionally talk to inanimate objects, but I've never been questioned by a phone.I've heard phones ring and play music, but NEVER have I heard one ask a question.In order to answer, there must first be a query and phones are incapable of such things.Along these lines, if phones did have the capability of speaking or conversation, would they do anything other than ask questions?Did phones in the past ask you a question?Were they like trolls under the bridge?I guess maybe on my next cell phone I'll get a ringtone of a question being asked so that I can answer the phone more efficiently.
Yesterday I saw someone dressed head to toe in camouflage and carrying...a fishing pole. Now I've never hunted much, but I do understand wanting to blend in to the woods around you so that you're harder for the animal to spot, but I didn't know that this seemed to work for fishing as well. But to me, it seems that if you didn't want to be seen by the fish, the first thing to do when you arrive at the fishing hole is to jump in the water and get completely soaked and then get back out and fish. That way, you're covered in water and the fish shouldn't be able to see you since you would blend in with all the water thats around them.
While watching some racial tension boil over in the Wal-Mart Saturday night, I began thinking that I had just watched these events unfold. Unfolding events made me then wonder...When do events get folded? You hear it all the time on tv in news reports and such that things unfolded, but they never give us the story on the folding and in order for something to unfold, it must first be folded. Like right this second, are things around me folded or is me typing out this post unfolding? Its crazy. I mean, just once, I wanna see events get folded just so I can then hang around doing nothing waiting for them to unfold. People would walk up to me and ask, "what you doing?", and I could reply that I'm waiting on something to unfold since I know its gotta happen eventually since right now, they're folded. And dont act like I'm crazy, because you know that if you saw events get folded, you'd dang sure hang out waiting to see them unfold too!
This weekend I went down to Myrtle Beach and stayed a night with my fiance and her mom and grandmother. I was so glad they invited me to go and join them. The weather was wonderful, I got to get a little break from everything going on, got to spend a little time with April's family, and best of all, I got to be with April. Friday night we went for a walk on the beach and then sat for a bit and watched as the moon came up over the ocean. It was great to just sit there holding her and just enjoy the beach together. Saturday we just went out on the beach for a few hours and grabbed a bite to eat as we headed back home. I got a little sunburnt, but the weekend was worth it just to spend some time with her. There's nothing better I'd wanna do than to just be with her. It doesn't even matter what we do.
