Locomotion is still faulty, and we must improve the sense organs. But the weaponry is perfect. We can begin!

    barking_frog's Interests
GeneralMWWT doesn't allow much time for anything else, but looked at another way, part of what I love about it is that it incorporates nearly all my other interests into itself.  I like to write, which is my primary role in producing the comic.  I like to read, which is mandatory in order to write well (and in what other job is reading comics a responsible use of your time?).  I like to organize, and to tinker with IT -- both of which are vital in a project of MWWT's scope.  I enjoy research, and there are constantly questions in writing MWWT that demand I find quality answers for them.  The only thing I don't love about the project is personnel management and marketing -- I'm really not a people person!
TelevisionI ignored TV as a wasteland throughout the 90's and for the first part of this decade, but Buffy/Angel brought me back to it, and now I'm finding other things I consider worth watching as well. Foremost are Heroes and Battlestar Galactica, but I'm also enjoying Lost and Doctor Who. 4400 is good, too.
BooksPretty much all of 'em, I think.  I'm currently reading Wicked by Gregory Maguire.  You can find a sporadically-updated list of my reading here.

About me:

I am the writer for The Man Who Wasn't There, an adventure/sci-fi (more adventure, less sci-fi) comic book that's presently available as a free webcomic.

The Man Who Wasn't There ("MWWT" for short) is also the work of Caio Reis and Federico Dallocchio, pencilers, and Patrick Gama, colorist.  If you like the book, leave comments here or in the MWWT forum and wish us well as we prepare the submissions package we'll send off to publishers in a couple months to see if MWWT can make it in the world of paper-and-ink publication.

I'm working on it -- I've got all the props and Leah likes the idea, now I just need to grab a camera and a photographer at a time when everyone's awake and unbusy!
