Munday and his crew were responsible for a major chunk of all the cocaine being smuggled into Miami from Colombia in the 80’s. After doing his time in prison and serving his debt to society, he is lucky enough to still be alive to celebrate his birthday this Saturday. Munday’s true story was brought to light in the documentary movie Cocaine Cowboys and the buzz in Hollywood, and all over the internet, is that Leonardo Di Caprio will be playing him in a major motion picture. Munday’s birthday bash will have over 15 bands on 3 stages and a diverse guest list of Miami’s local musicians and celebrities.
