Last week, a nice guy came around with the first batch of our debut album “Riding the Rails”. We’re looking at it as we speak and we’re delighted! It took us two days to record and approximately 30 hours to mix it … and it sounds just the way we hoped it would sound. Most of the songs are Little Kim originals, performed according to our old family recipe :) a nice mixture of western swing, hot club and old fashioned hot jazz and cool swing. You can listen to some songs of the album on our myspace profile.

Nesta edição da Whisper teremos algumas novidades a nível de entrevistas que vos poderão interessar. Efectivamente, conseguimos entrevistar bandas já com alguma projecção no panorama musical português, tais como Bunnyranch e Linda Martini. A nível internacional entrevistámos a banda Blacklist, o jovem fotógrafo Gabriel Wickbold e a ilustradora/designer Juliana Pontual. Nesta edição poderão ver que temos mais entrevistas que reportagens, mas a triste realidade é que a crise também chega aos repórteres da Whisper! Esperemos que gostem deste novo número “Whisperiano” e desejamos-vos um feliz Natal e bom ano novo!
