About 2BY4 is over

2by4 are a band trying old things in a new way.Tired of seeing bands play the same music for a whole set, their aim is to be something that stands out from a crowd.Touching different genres throughout a set.From electronica and hip hop to punk and metal, they know no boundaries.As band from Sydney they have been influenced by many former bands from Sydney and who have come through the area from bands like Quadbox and Regurgitator through to classics like Guns'N'Roses and Van Halen.Mixing angsty songs to songs with a very offbeat sense of humour, 2by4 are a band who dont take themself too serious.More then willing to poke fun of themselves as well as anyone else who gets in their way.A 2by4 show is filled with childish humour, great fun and something to tell your friends about. 2by4 while being a 5 piece have a diverse dynamic within itself.Dave on Vocals and Guitar is the backbone of the band.With his lyrics and the songs he writes provides a lot of what makes 2by4, 2by4.Jo on vocals and bass is the bolt and nuts of the band.Keeping everyone in check and making the whole group work as one.Next is B-Roc who while doing multiple things is happy to steal the stage rapping and playing with all the electronics . Now with the newest edition Frank behind the skins the possibilities are endless
