Our duo consists of Bob Mecca and Keith Eigen. Bob's a lead gutarist and vocalist. Keith handles the bass guitar, vocals, and keyboards.
Bob has been playing guitar for 30 plus years. Keith has been playing bass for 40 plus years. Bob has been in numerous bands, including Snapshot, The Clix, Mistress, The Groove, and several others. Keith has been in Entrance, and many more too numerous to list. (I'm not dating us, am I?). Check out our blog for more info and a song list. On Wed. September 2, 2009, we are having a pasta dinner fundraiser in honor of a very special 2-½ yr. Old. Monica Patel was diagnosed with Stage III Ana plastic astrocytoma (brain tumor) when she was 1 ½. She has undergone surgery to remove a tumor along with many rounds of chemotherapy. In May of 2009 a repeat MRI showed that a new tumor has formed. She has recently had a 2nd surgery, and is currently recovering at home.
The event takes place at 6:00pm at the Waldorf Park Tiki Bar, at The Waldorf G.A.F., in East Mountain, Scranton, PA. It will feature food, raffle baskets, refreshments; “Happy Faces” face painting and live music by "2 for the Road" and "The Fuzzy Park Duo". The cost for the event is $10.00.
