WORLD EXCLUSIVE: "OPA" --(GREEK) .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Listen to my interview with Sound Pollution Magazine: .. http://www.soundpollutionmag.com/?p=1215 .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ......"Sorry" by 2G & Blacko Blaze.. from ..Big OJ Films.. on ..Vimeo..... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. So what do you get when you mix raw and diverse uncensored talent with obvious sex appeal? A Canadian rap artist named Tuji Sanusi aka 2G. Unlike your typical hip hop artist Tuji brings a little something extra to the table which sets him apart from the rest. He can rap in three different languages; English, Greek and Yoruba. Without a doubt this is an advantage which clearly allows him to reach an even broader more diverse audience. Although life's journey has taken him from Greece to Nigeria, he now calls Canada home where he has lived for the past 15 years. He credits his world travels for making him the man that he is today. In some aspects you can hear that reflected in his music. Born July 22, 1984, Tuji is obviously still a very young man. However his overall love and passion for music has lasted his whole life. Rapping since the age of 12, his musical influences prove just as diverse as he is an individual. From Michael Jackson to Nas, Willy Nelson, Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, he has drawn inspiration from them all. However he will probably be the first to tell you that the artist who has perhaps inspired him the most is the iconic rapper Tupac Shakur. Not unlike Tupac, Tuji writes songs based upon his real life experiences. He shows that he isn't afraid to give you the good, the bad and the ugly and everything else in between. A rapper, model and actor, Tuji is certainly a modern day renaissance man. He not only writes his own material but also helps to create his own original beats, adding the title of producer to his list of titles. His most favourite part of the job however, is being front and centre amongst the sounds of an adoring crowd. The positive energy that he receives from his fans is what he refers to as the ultimate experience. It's what drives him to continue making even better music. 2009 is already shaping up to be a potentially big year for Tuji. With a new album entitled "American Star" scheduled for release in July and an upcoming tour that will see him performing within Canada, Greece and Africa, Tuji will most certainly be a busy man. Now on his fourth album, he has had the privilege of working with some great artists along the way. This includes collaborating with the likes of TJ Greene, Blacko, Rasaul Phoenix, Beenie Man and Phareal. Poised and ready to give the world yet another dose of his rap medicine, Tuji has set the stage for him to make a permanent impact. ...... ......MySpace Layouts.................. .... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
