I have been very active in Domestic Violence causes all of my adult life. I noticed a need in the world pertaining to Same Sex Domestic Violence. It happens more than people know. Unfortunately there are a number of gay people who barely consider themselves worthy or valued as a gay person much less a Domestic Violence Victim. There are also very limited resources, statistics, or information, for Same Sex Domestic Violence. Hopefully through empowerment and education we can change some of this. :)

It was so funny when we went into the tux shop & Mike (the boy pictured) looked at the guy who was measuring him & said, "I need one more.....for her!" lol I was the first one in the history of my high school to go to prom in a tux with another girl.

I'm sure you guys have heard about this but if u haven't here's the link to the BBC report - SCHOOL PROM CANCELLED OVER LESBIAN DATE in Mississippi: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/8563122.stm .......I'm stunned, I know I shouldn't be but I am absolutely stunned and I think how lucky we are in the UK that we don't have crap like that going on state to state or county to county, there's still the discrimination and prejudice but the govt hasn't altogether ruled out marriage (civil partnership) in certain parts of the country......sanctity of marriage my arse (sorry was just listening to that podcast lol)

Virginia and I have a lesbian podcast show that we started in November 2006. We produce about 3 shows a week and we have a wide variety of topics that we discuss. Most of our shows is just the two of us however we have had a few guests on the show to spice things up a bit.
