Press Conference Re Wrongful
Death Lawsuit Victories of UNION members whose loved ones died because of blatant violations of the Coleman and Plata lawsuits.
The attorneys are speaking out on specifics. They have DVD's of the depositions where experts are describing horrific violations of existing laws. On Dec 4, they will not hold back their outrage over what happened in this case.

The evidence is solid. The humanitarian crisis in prisons is real. The public WILL be told the details of how another young man died needlessly. The ruling was made in our favor last week.

There will be six other UNION members speaking about their lawsuit wins, about their lawsuits in progress and about torture taking place right now. We are planning to protest after the press conference against thousands of out of state transfers that will happen as soon as January and against prison building in the future if enough people attend who are interested in this issue.
Transfers are not a solution. You are the one to hold the protest sign.
