2NCR FM is Lismore's longest running independent media and are currently located at 4 Foleys Rd, South Lismore; 40 minutes drive from Byron Bay.

The station has been operating since 1976 and we are managed by North Coast Radio, Inc, a not-for-profit organization.

We rely on the contribution of local volunteers producing shows for a diverse audience with a broad taste in music.

Updated Volunteer Structure The Volunteering Team has printed out another poster and put up around the station. Many spots have been filled, if you're not on the list, please have a look and see what area is of interest before they all fill up.

National Volunteer Week 11 – 17 May 2009

National Volunteer Week (NVW) is the largest celebration of volunteers and volunteerism in Australia, and provides an opportunity to highlight the role of volunteers in our communities and to say thank you to the more than 5 million Australians who volunteer.
