  • Bio

Dear MySpace Friends, After a long road with some cover bands as a singer and a guitar player, I have decided to make my musical 'coming-out'. So, here I am... Here you will find some POP songs I am writing and recording on my own with my small material. My main inspiration comes from the great bands of the 80's. I hope that one day I will have the ability to record these songs in a professional studio. Thanks to the new visitors for coming and spending some time on listening to my songs. Thanks again to the Old Ones for your kind support, it's a great pleasure to make you happy. Please tell your friends and leave me a message. Joel Special thanks to Eddie Wright and Stephen Smith for checking my lyrics.

Didn't know there was a CD to be won.... Read that message too late...

Still like your music a lot! How are things going? Is promoting your work finally getting you into places you always dreamt of? The music business isn't an easy world to enter, is it? Best wishes,

    Ronald

"It never rains in California" was new to me and I like it! I am just listening to it. The new version of  "Angel at my door" is good, too. I am enjoying my holidays. The teaching job at the new school will start on August 8th. Next week I am going to Weimar with a friend. How have you been? Wishing you a lovely weekend and talk soon - Friederike

Hi Jen, I am not quite active on MySpace but I am working slowly but surely. Actually I try to improve my arrangements and recordings. I have bought some brand-new tools and I am making strides. You will soon get a new version of my first song 'Angels at my door' and for the moment I work intensely on 'It never rains in California'. I think they will have better sounds and arrangements. I thank you for your kind support. I will give you some news in the following weeks and your feedback will be quite important. Friendly Yours, Joel

Thanks so much for the wonderful music! I am just listening to Prefab Sprout. I agree: The album "Steve McQueen" is awesome! I knew some of the songs, but not all! The other albums are great, too! I didn't know the last album; they changed their style a bit!
Have a lovely day! I am going to listen to Pat Metheny later.
