The 2-Ply Collective began in 1995 when numerous bands and friends within Winnipeg, decided to put out their music together and become the hub of experimental music in Canada. The bands who were the founders consisted of Ham, HellinaCopter, Kaw-Liga, Absent Sound, and Spiral Spectacular.
