T's House wants you to join their band in Rockstars, a game where you can form bands with your friends and play gigs, battle rival bands, and become famous on MySpace!
oh okay bro, that sounds good! yeah, ive heard about the badwater in runners world, so youre gonna help out there dude? when are you planning to run that thing, next year right? haha i bet you are
yeah that run sounds good, we'll just exchange numbers and run
I'm so stoked that you've surpassed your fundraising goal! I knew you could do it. You're an amazing kid and people are suckers for that kind of motivatio.
I'll be there on Thursday for sure, if I can get out of work I'll stay for the whole party, I want to see you finish the 3000
Great to see you and your mom yesterday. Great film, huh?! Make sure you send me that picture--I'd like to include it in my blog. Have fun Sunday at RnR! Congrats again on your accomplishments
I think thats a good call man. It makes sense to me based on what you've described you're experiencing. I'll ht you up after the race and we'll link up this summer at some point. Peace. ~T
I'm not going to say to try it or to not try it but it sounds like you're experiencing the onset of overtraining. Its your call, but make sure you recognize that your body is carrying that spirit of yours and that's always going to be the battle--learning to recover as aggressively as you are getting after it! This is and has been my priority race for the spring and having the course dialed, crew ready and a game plan is how I do things but then again, I'm just looking to enjoy myself and celebrate the months of hard work.
Great video! Congrats Nick, that's phenomenal. As far as SD100, you've def packed your schedule tight. I don't think the record is feasible without pacers and knowing the course. If you do it, do it to finish, for the experience and not to go buck wild and burn out. Your level of fitness is really high right now. How do you feel?
i sprained my ankle in a soccer game on sunday evening. :.. pretty crappy but not much i can do about it... that's sick tho that you finished it (not that i had doubts) and i bet you were and/or are pretty drained...
lol, sorry dude, I was in the middle of a phone call. Well life is good... though I can't remember if you asked how my life was, but at any rate I'm alright. How about yourself? Also we need to do some mad chillage, rock climbing and such, hit me up.
Yeah bro, you smoked the the LD50. Top ten? Impressive. 19:13 is bold. I'm excited for you. Have you run out there yet? I'd like to get all the details of your track run. thanks
