.. My mom and God are my best friends. I believe everyone should take the time to slow down and be nice. Dont lose your temper in traffic, treat people with respect and realize how important relationships and people are in life. The Lord is my source of happiness, when you have real joy you dont need to depend on others or things to make you happy. I dont need to go out or get drunk to be full of life and laugh. I love yellow cupcakes and little things like using a new toothbrush for the first time make me smile...and I like that about me.

Joyce meyer books "reduce me to love" and "Battlefield of the Mind" I am currently reading "The Pursuit of Peace" which in this crazy life, we all need peace. Having peace should be the basis of decision making.

Hi!! My name is

Latona. ABOUT ME: I have lived in Fabulous Las Vegas for the past 3 years. I am a print model, M.C., spokesmodel, host, actor, fitness model and bikini and fitness model competitor. I am also a singer. Performing and fitness are my passions. I love competing! It lets me set goals and be onstage. I am also very competitive. I compete in Figure, Fitness Modeling and Bikini Modeling. I have had 3 record deals including a solo deal with J-Records signed by Clive Davis himself. Through this, I have been able to perform, record and travel the world, as well as grow as a person and for this I am extremely grateful. I love to laugh. I love my dog she makes me smile. I hate a mess. I love to eat. I love to clean. I love getting pedicures. I love rainstorms now that I live in the desert but never appreciated them like I should have living in Florida for so long. I hate liars. I love genuine people. I love to hug. I love the gym, I belong to 3. I love random acts of kindness. Pancakes are my favorite. I rarely drink, but if I do, I love good wine. I put peanut butter on everything. I believe we are blessed to be a blessing. I love all you can eat sushi. I hate negativity. I love the mountains. I love fall. I love pumpkin spice lattes I could drink them everyday. I pray constantly all day long. I am always talking to God. I am blessed. I love my family. I hate complaining. I hate arrogance.
