TWILIGHT was formed back in 2001 by Mariano, Emiliano, Marcos y Agustin. After several local performances, Mauro (in 2003) and Paula (in 2004) joined the band and completed today's line-up.
In january 2006 the band started the recordings of its first full lenght album. "The Time Has Come" was recorded, mixed and mastered by Emiliano Obregon in Virtual Studio. Said album was released in november 2007 by Icarus Music. Containing 10 tracks of pure and explosive heavy/power metal, The Time Has Come got excellent reviews from listeners around South America and Europe.
TWILIGHT has performed with several local bands and also with some of the best metal bands of today's metal scene, such as Edguy, Angra, Symphony X, Paul Di Anno, Avantasia and Sonata Arctica (this last show took place in Lima, Peru).
The band is now fully focused on the upcoming shows, to later this year enter the studio and record its second album, to be released in 2009.
BIOGRAFIA
TWILIGHT fue formado en 2001 por Mariano, Emiliano, Marcos y Agustin. Despues de muchos shows, Mauro (en 2003) y Paula (en 2004) ingresaron a la banda, y asi quedo formada la alineacion que sigue hasta hoy.
En enero de 2006 la banda ingreso a estudios para grabar su primer album. Bajo la produccion musical de Emiliano Obregon, "The Time Has Come" fue grabado, mezclado y masterizado en Virtual Studio y lanzado a la venta en noviembre de 2007 a traves de Icarus Music. El album, con 10 canciones de puro heavy/power metal, fue recibido con excelentes criticas en America del Sur y Europa.
TWILIGHT a compartido escenario con muchas bandas nacionales, asi como tambien con algunas de los mejores grupos de la escena internacional de hoy en dia, como Edguy, Angra, Symphony X, Paul Di Anno, Avantasia y Sonata Arctica (este show fue en Lima, Peru).
Actualmente, la banda se encuentra dedicada a prepararse para sus proximos shows, para a fin de año entrar nuevamente a estudios y grabar su segundo trabajo discografico, a ser lanzado en 2009, tambien a traves de Icarus Music.

Doro Fulminanter Abschluss DORO's "Fear No Evil"-Tour
Zum Abschluss der "Fear No Evil"-Welttournee hat Doro Pesch noch einmal einige musikalische Freunde eingeladen, um unter dem Motto "Noisegate Christmas Metal" einen gebührenden Tourabschluss, aber auch mit Freunden und treuen Fans ein metallisches Vorweihnachtsfest zu feiern. Am Samstag, 19. Dezember, ab 16 Uhr, geben dafür DORO, GRAVE DIGGER, KRYPTERIA, SALTATIO MORTIS, INGRIMM und SISTER SIN ihre akustische Visitenkarte in der Neuen Stadthalle Langen ab.
Die Düsseldorferin Doro Pesch und ihre amerikanischen Musiker haben dafür ein spezielles "Best Of"-Programm ihrer 25-jährigen Karriere gestrickt. Darin sind auch einige musikalische Überraschungen mit Gästen geplant, die an diesem Abend sogar Live-Premiere feiern. So darf man sich bestimmt auf ein Duett mit KRYPERTIA-Sängerin Ji-In Cho freuen, die an der Hymne "Celebrate" vom aktuellen Album beteiligt war, oder auch mit SALTATIO MORTIS, für deren Song "Salome" vom aktuellen Werk "Wer Wind sät" hat Frau Pesch ein paar Gesangsbeiträge abgeliefert.
