About me:

For as long as I can remember ive loved music. Thanks to my big bro I got into Dance/Rave around 92 and haven’t looked back since. Been messing around on the dex since about 93 but I only started taking it seriously around 95 started off playing hardcore since then ive moved to hard trance then techno. Ive been lucky enough to play out a various nights across Scotland including, Twisted & Brainfire, European techno heaven @ the Barras, Out of control, Resistance, Relentless, Tomz project and infextious. Right now i'm been workin on building up a home studio and producing my own stuff (watch this space).

Just for the record the story behind my name... Once in a land far far away in a time before star wars episode 2. I was called steph the rookie (mainly because i was new to the dj'ing in a club lark,LOL)when i invited my good friend and club promoter AL Twisted to a party plus food in my house. Next thing i know Al had changed my name on his flyer to steph the chef as a dig at me. and since then it's kinda stuck. you gotta admit its better that the rookie. So thanks AL!
