Be Advised that when the body moves forward then the music stays alive. We believe in moving forward and following the path we are on. Since 1997 David Hazell and Family have advanced the art of musical presentation in the Mississippi River town Burlington, Iowa. The old and quaint city has a pulse all its own. INfluenced by a fragile ego, (we live beyond any lists)with surprisingly rich culture, we hold back but drum hard. We have the Blues, We Dance to the Rock and Soul, and we listen to Jazz.
We are pleased to welcome you to our music hall "The Washington". That pronoun continued to surface as we discovered the name of this place. It revealed through the test of time to suggest a oneness, and a beginning.

Thanks for the add! I've heard that The Washington is quite the place to be in Burlington and am looking forward to finding out myself, next time I'm out there. And, a somewhat belated best wish for the new year...
We've got a new song up. Its tentatively titled Epic Fail for the Win. The song will be on our upcoming EP which we are recording with Dustin from Audio Aggregate next month.
