I like great beer(small batch breweries), real style (not logo worship), clever/ difficult children, and dogs you can wrestle. I stop to read historical markers. Though kind of an ageing semi-hipster, I'm an actual grown-up, too. I can order wine, balance a budget, tie a bow tie without looking, and carve a turkey. **************************************************************************** I started wearing second hand 70's clothes handed down from two older, larger brothers back in the 80's. It wasn't hip or ironic. But just look at me now... **************************************************************************** YES; Sinatra on Capitol, Honda CBs, old convertibles, ethiopian yergacheef, cask conditioned, Fringe Fest, David Sedaris, trendy sceney chaos(sometimes). NO; Streisand, SUVs in the city, hazelnut flavored, ice brewed, River Jam, Adam Sandler, trendy sceney chaos(other times). **************************************************************************** Um, I've noticed a tendency to ask for an "add friend" without having made any other contact whatsoever. None. This strikes me as weirdly impersonal. Now I've started doing it too. Sometimes. Stupid MySpace.
