    .... ..Now open on the Meanwood Road in Leeds, 2 mins from Hyde Park Corner, City Centre and Headingley. .. ..Call us on 0113 245 33 77 or 07594 371 404.. ..309 studios is a comfortable, affordable, high quality rehearsal space and recording studio. ....We have 5 practice rooms available, all in excellent working order, clean, tidy, smelling nice!.. ..All of these rehearsal rooms have brand new powerful P.A.'s and we've a load of great brand new backline available including:.. ..Mesa Boogie Dual Recitfier, Marshall JCM 2000, Fender 212R combo, Randall G3 plus, Vox, Laney and Line 6 bass amps and guitar amps, Ludwig kits with Remo or Evans Skins and Zildjian cymbals plus a fair few other bits too... ..All prices are worked out on an individual basis in order to give you the best price possible for your requirements. We will give you an 'all-in' price for your session, however, to give you an idea of how we work it out see below: .. ROOM PRICES: .. .. Small Room - £4 per hour off peak, £7 per hour on peak, .. .. Medium Room - £5 per hour off peak, £9 per hour on peak, .. .. Large Room - £6 per hour off peak, £11 per hour on peak. .. .. Backline guide prices approximately £1 per item per hour for most items, Drum Shells including stands are £1.50, valve heads are £1.50. .. .. Please Note - As you can appreciate, all rehearsal studios have problems caused by cancellations - In the event of you needing to cancel a rehearsal: .. Cancellations must be made via telephone either to the studio land line or mobile. We do not accept cancellations via any other means. Cancellations made 48hours or more before the start of your rehearsal are not charged. Cancellations made between 48hours and 24 hours before the start of your rehearsal are charged at half price. (unless we can get someone to fill the slot). Cancellations made within 24hours of your rehearsal start are charged at the normal rate. (unless we can get someone to fill the slot). By booking a rehearsal, you agree to these terms.
