Let's see, where do I start? I'm Dee, 24, and from Portland, OR via Clarksville, TX. I am currently studying Communications at UMKC, but I plan on transferring to either Washington State, Portland State, Oregon, or Southern Oregon in the fall. I used to love Kansas City, but I have grown to hate it with a passion.

The way I view politics is based on my own personal experiences. My views are liberal, but not to the point where I must show up to every anti-war protest in Portland or anywhere else.

I am a huge fan of 30 Seconds To Mars, but it seems to me like a lot of the older fans (and what I mean by older is those who have been a fan of that band since the S/T days) assume that all of the newer fans are fangirls and think that Jared is the only member of the band and like the band because Jared's hot. While I am one of the newer fans (I have only been listening to them since May of 2006), I don't consider myself a fangirl. It's the music that impressed me, not what the guys in the band look like.
