the label was formed in early 2007 as a platform for international artists, to release quality music for everyone over the internet. we have artists from all over
the world, from underground to well known and respected producers such as 'someone else', 'miskate', 'easy changes', 'omar salgado', 'ditch', 'den', 'kai', and many more.
our focus lies mainly in minimal techno, dub and experimental electronic music. however, every artist can work freely and is not bound to any limitations in his style. because we all have more or less the same taste, but all in different directions, the result is a perfect mix between floor filling, subtle minimal techno, and deep, slow experimental tracks.
the artist list keeps growing and 31337records presents radio shows in cooperation with rts.fm (www.rts.fm) with lots of artists hosted by the label management.
after one and a half years of work and several digital releases later, numerous requests for vinyl releases resulted in the planning of the first vinyls which are scheduled for the beginning of 2010. for the future, own events are planned around germany and possibly other countries in europe.
as a label we will release 320bit mp3s, which will be made available for download and occasionally vinyl.
