About me:

Well my name is Casio and by definition I am what you could call a driven person. I find I am driven in my faith and my overall life, every aspect from my health and well being to my work ethic. I find the need to not only do well at something but the force to overcome and exceed standards.

I guess this drive came from being the "small kid" in school. I could not stand being the butt of jokes and being picked on. I started bettering myself through exercise and weightlifting as such trying to overcome obstacles in life. This drive became an integral part of who I am. The weightlifting helped me realize one of my true passions in my life "Body Building".




Body Building has helped me gain courage and determination which has helped me through all areas of my life. Body Building is also one of the only sports where everybody is a winner, it's on that note that I graduated with my BS in Exercise Science/Wellness Leadership from USF and am now Certified by ACSM, IFPA and YMCA. In 1999, Bodyjones Health & Fitness Services opened for business.

I found I took a leap of faith in the creation of my "fitness ministry". I am a "Souled Out" believer in Christ and my faith is my life. What better way to enjoy your work then to give it up to God and make two passions in your life one. On that note Body Jones Wellness Ministries was formed. A key reason why this leap of faith happened was in 2001, I lost my mom to Diabetes complication. I was growing in knowledge on how to prevent or help those with this disease; though for her it was too late to make a change. The disease was winning the fight inside her long before you could tell. So, I decided to start my ministry to help others before it’s too late.

Body Jones Wellness Ministries is a Non-Profit National Heritage Foundation that was created to help empower God's children with the knowledge and tools to live a healthy life that will serve and glorify God. We travel around the United States to churches and school to give seminars and exercises demonstrations. Plus we just added a Hip Hop Class to Christian music”Get Krunk 4 Jesus”. I think we should all use our gifts and knowledge to help others and to just give back to our community.

(Gosh look at me rant on *smiles*)

All that and I still have not even opened my mouth about the name sake of this Myspace page. My music ministry 3:16muzik.

3:16Muzik is the place to find DVD quality Christian music videos. www.316Muzik.com is not a streaming video site, but rather a community where our members watch DVD quality videos right on their computers.

I wanted a place comparable to Ifilm and You Tube where Christians can go and get music videos, and I wanted the product and services we offer to be better than those currently out there, and they are.

The best part is that 3:16Muzik is FREE to join and Christian artists/labels are welcome to submit their videos (see website for more information). 3:16Muzik is a new platform for artists to share their music with the world and each video will contain a link back to the artist's website so that viewers can support the ministry.
